Shrimp & Tilapia Ceviche

Shrimp & Tilapia Ceviche

 

Directions:

Wash your seafood and devein your shrimp if not already deveined. With a sharp knife cut your tilapia into 1 inch chunks (smaller if you like it less chunks) slice each shrimp in half and place seafood into a bowl. Next finely chop your onion, bell pepper, garlic and cherry tomato then add into seafood bowl. Chop your cilantro and avocado and add in bowl as well. Pour your 1 cup lime juice in bowl with the rest of your ingredients and add crushed sea salt and red pepper flakes to taste. Once all ingredients are in bowl, mix evenly, cover and place in refrigerator for about 25 minutes until seafood is cooked medium well. ENJOY!

- 1/2 Pound Fresh Jumbo shrimp 

- 1/2 Pound Fresh Tilapia 

- 1/2 Red onion

- 1 Avocado

- 1 Red Pepper

- Green Bell Pepper

- 1 Garlic Clove

- 1 Cup Fresh squeezed lime juice

- 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomato

- 1 Cup Cilantro

- Kale Tortillas (optional)
